- We offer this service for complex and large transactions such as: acquisitions of companies or strategic assets, refinancing of debt or recapitalization of a customer, sale or disposition of assets, establishment business alliances, joint ventures or partnerships, and any other extraordinary corporate transactions involving a customer. Typically the size of a transaction exceeds $2,000,000 and requires the involvement of one or more financial institutions.
- The scope of our financial advisory services may include:
- Establishment of objectives
- Assistance in the preparation of materials, financial projections, and/or business plan
- Introduction of potential investors, bankers, financiers, and/or partners
- Assistance in the negotiations with potential investors, financial institutions, or partners
- Review of transaction documents
- Work with other advisors and counsel as required
